The topic list
Our own starting point, in our own words. Add or remove rows to match your procedure.
- Actions from the last review
- Changes that affect the quality system
- Customer feedback and complaints
- Quality objectives: where you stand
- Process performance and product conformity
- Nonconformities and corrective actions
- Monitoring and measurement results
- Audit results
- Supplier performance
- Resources: people, equipment, space
- Risks and opportunities: what changed
- Ideas for improvement
How to use it
- Send the checklist out early, so each owner brings data, not opinions.
- Start with the open actions from the last review. Worth a check: does each overdue action have a new date and a reason?
- Write decisions as actions: one owner and one due date per row.
- Link to the records behind each topic, for example the customer complaint log or the CAPA log review.
Your own procedure, your certification body and your customers decide what a management review must cover. This file only helps you prepare and follow up.
